WVC Miami opened on Collins Avenue with a simple conviction: that a coffee bar and a cocktail lounge don't have to be different worlds. They share the same requirements — quality ingredients, skilled hands, and attention to the details most people overlook.
Our coffee is sourced from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, roasted in small batches, and pulled with the precision of a laboratory. Our cocktails are built around house-made infusions and bitters — the kind of thing you won't find on a standard spirits menu.
The space itself is deliberately quiet. Thin lines, warm amber light, and enough room to think. It's a refuge on one of Miami's busiest streets.

Step inside and the noise of Collins Avenue drops away. The interior is an exercise in restraint — pale stone floors, slender brass fixtures, and surfaces chosen for how they age. We wanted a place that feels considered, not decorated.
By day, the bar is a coffee counter. By night, the same space transforms — lower light, different music, a different kind of conversation. One room, two rhythms.
The best coffee I've had in Miami Beach, and that's saying something. The space is calm, the people are skilled, and the cocktails are genuinely inventive. This is the real thing.
